JSC Insurance Company DallBogg: Life and Health hereby duly informs all policyholders, clients, partners, public institutions and interested parties that the collaboration with the intermediary Insurance Placement Agency S.r.l. (“IPA”, situated at Corso Porta Nuova 16, Milano, represented by Bruno Massimo Comin), which participated in the distribution of DallBogg’s insurance products in Italy, has been terminated as of July 17, 2025, following the formal withdrawal of all representative powers and any previously ratified agreements on July 15, 2025.
As of this date:
- IPA is expressly prohibited to initiate, negotiate, conclude and/or renew insurance contracts, or perform any insurance related activities in all classes of insurance products and/or in any line of business including but not limited to directly, manage claims, or perform any operations related to DallBogg policies on behalf of or for the account of DallBogg – with the express obligation to collect and transfer residual premiums.
- IPA is no longer authorized to represent or act on behalf of DallBogg in any capacity except to collect and transfer to DallBogg installment premiums under MTPL policies and related coverages.
- IPA is not permitted to accept payments under bonds policies and must redirect bondholders to contact DallBogg directly.
- All communications, premium payments, and service requests must be addressed directly to DallBogg.

DallBogg reserves all rights arising from the termination of IPA’s agency relationship. DallBogg reserves the right to make further communications directly to our policyholders whose contracts were distributed by IPA, including in light of any potential updates

Con decisione n. 365-OZ del 10 giugno 2025, la Commissione di Vigilanza Finanziaria della Bulgaria ha temporaneamente limitato la vendita di nuove polizze assicurative e/o l’estensione della copertura delle stesse nell’ambito delle attività assicurative transfrontaliere per tutte le classi di assicurazione, per un periodo di 3 mesi, a partire dal 1° luglio 2025 fino al 30 settembre 2025 incluso.
DallBogg informa i propri clienti che danni subiti relativi a polizze assicurative emesse fino al 30 giugno 2025 incluso saranno regolarmente e tempestivamente liquidati durante il suddetto periodo trimestrale.
Qualsiasi altra affermazione o voce manipolativa è falsa.
A partire dal 1° ottobre 2025, DallBogg riprenderà le attività di vendita di nuove polizze assicurative e/o l’estensione della loro copertura nell’ambito della propria attività assicurativa transfrontaliera per tutte le classi di assicurazione.
